Hi, I’m Vivian. I am an experienced, friendly and skilled piano teacher who is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

My goal is to empower adult piano students to:

  • Be able to play your favorite pieces! Think Bohemian rhapsody, Beethoven's Moonlight sonata, Golden hour by Jvke and more. Any era or genre is possible.
  • Unwind with piano playing after a long day at work or being a busy parent.
  • Ignire your soul through a new hobby because no time is better than the present!
  • Carve out some quality 'me time' by sitting down and learning how to play. Something that is solely for you and nobody else.
  • Prove family and friends wrong when they said you aren't musical or musical enough! This is false, everyone has a mini Mozart inside of them.

I am a classically trained pianist with a University of Auckland major and have been teaching privately, successfully for over 10 years. My students, whether be casual learners or aiming for qualifications/grades, have achieved great success by tailored learning and continuous support offered through a safe, fun environment.
