About me

Hi, I’m Vivian. I am an experienced, friendly and skilled piano teacher who is based in Auckland, New Zealand.

My goal is to empower adult piano students to:

  • Learn a new hobby or discover a new instrument
  • Engage in something ‘you always wanted to do’ but never had time for.
  • Learn an instrument even though you believe you’re not ‘musical enough’
  • Revisit past piano learning, or learn at your own pace starting from the absolute fundamentals.

I have a classical piano major from the University of Auckland and have been teaching privately, successfully for over 10 years. My students, whether be casual learners or aiming for qualifications/grades, have achieved great success by tailored learning and continuous support offered through a safe, fun environment.
